Paket Lengkap Analisis Imbas Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Tingkat Pendapatan Dan Sumber Air Lain Terhadap Seruan Air Pdam Tirta Moedal Semarang (Studi Kasus Pelanggan Golongan Rumah Tangga Iii Di Kecamatan Gunungpati Semarang Tahun 2016)

Abstrak: This  study  aims   to  determine  the effect  of  product quality,   service quality, income level, and other water sources to water demand PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. This study  took  a  sample  of  100  households  III  class  customers. Number of questionnaires distributed as many as 100 bundles and analyzed  by using  the formula Slovin.  The  method  used  is  multiple  linear  regression  analysis  using     SPSS   for Windows.  From the hypothesis  testing results show  the information  and  conclusions that product  quality  has positive  influence  on water demand, service quality positive effect  on  water demand, income level positive  effect  on the demand for water,  other water sources negatively affect the demand for water.
