Abstract: This study aimed to identify: (1) the characteristic of  strong corporate culture (2)  the role of strong corporate culture, (3) the values as basically to strong corporate culture in PT Batik Danar Hadi  Surakarta. This study used a qualitative approach with a multicase study design using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and study documentation. Data were analyzed repeatedly through the triangulation analysis. The object of this study are have work experience of more than 10 years and having job possision in PT Batik Danar Hadi  Surakarta. Results obtained from this study states that of the ten character of organizational culture that are (1) creativity and innovative, (2)  agresivity, (3) attention to detail, (4) full expertise, (5) outcome orientated, (6) humanity oriented, (7) team work system, (8) harmonity.

Paket Lengkap Bisakah Perusahaan Memanfaatkan Pembiayaan Suplier Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan?


Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah utang dagang (trade credit) besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dimana analisisnya didasarkan pada numerical data. Populasi penelitian ini yakni perusahaan terbuka di sektor real estate dan property yang berjumlah 50 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel memakai purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Dari kriteria yang ditetapkan, ada 42 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut. Regresi dipakai untuk menguji dampak utang dagang terhdap kinerja perusahaan. Dengan memasukkan variabel ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel kontrol, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa utang dagang besar lengan berkuasa negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Paket Lengkap Imbas Perubahan Bi Rate Terhadap Market Return Dan Volatilitas Indeks Lq45


ABSTRACT: This study aimed to examine the effect of the announcement of the change in the BI rate to market return and volatility on the index LQ45 during the period March 2010 to February 2015 by using inflation and industrial production index as variable control. This study uses multiple regression analysis (α = 5%). Regression results show that changes in the BI rate has no significant effect on the market return. These results indicate that at the time of the announcement of the BI rate does not give any influence on the market return LQ45. The different results shown by the effect of changes in the BI rate to return volatility LQ45. Volatility increased with the announcement of the increase in the BI rate changes. Furthermore, the control variables, inflation and the industrial production index has no significant effect either on the market returns and volatility of LQ45 so that this control variable can not be used to predict market returns and volatility of LQ45 current BI rate announcement.

ABSTRACT: Increasingly fierce competition make quality becomes a more value in the eyes of consumers. Keeping quality of being a need for companies to be able to stay in business. PT. Holi Mina Jaya is an Indonesian company that is engaged in marine fish processing. One of the flagship products offered are Fillet Skin On Red Mullet. The purpose of this study was to identify factors disability that occurs in the product Red Mullet Fillet Skin On analysis of the seven basic tools of quality and propose improvements to the failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA). The study focused on the stages of production that have a direct impact on the finished products includes receiving, filleting, and washing.
This study uses five of the seven basic quality tools, which flow charts, check sheets, histograms, cause and effect diagram and Pareto charts to identify defects. For quality improvement proposals using FMEA method by finding the value of the RPN (Risk Priority Number), have described the RPN value calculation by multiplying the value of Severity, Occurrence and Detection. Highest cause of any kind of disability, like any form of meat are less scrupulous employees, and skilled with the value of RPN 120, not fresh fish product defects are less rigorous sorting process HR RPN value by 54, and the last meat is not clean of thorns is less scrupulous employees with RPN at 36.

Paket Lengkap Leverage, Growth Opportunity Dan Investasi Pada Perusahaan Non Keuangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bei


ABSTRACT: Company's investment activities in Indonesia experienced significant fluctuations. Companies make the investments in order to enhance shareholder value. In connection with investment decision-making, company should consider the internal conditions, such as the condition of the company's bank debt or leverage conditions. Moreover, before making an investment decision, the company should consider the investment opportunities (growth opportunity). This study aims to identify the effect of leverage on investment and whether a company that has low growth opportunity has lower investment. This is seen by adding moderating variable-growth opportunity in leverage effect on investment, which is proxied by Tobin's Q and sales growth. The samples used were non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 through 2013. The regression results showed significant negative effect of leverage on investment. This means that the leverage gives a negative impact on investment, the higher the leverage makes the investment lower. This happens because the bank debt raises investment restrictions on companies, thus higher bank debt will strengthen the restrictions on the investments made by the bank. Moderation model, of growth opportunity proxied by Tobin's Q and Sales Growth, weakens the negative effect of leverage on investments in companies with low growth opportunity. This means, companies with low growth opportunities has weaker negative influence of leverage on the investment. This is because, companies that have low growth opportunity, have a lower profitable investment projects, so restrictions on investments made by the bank or keditor are looser.

ABSTRACT: Today, high population growth coupled with the needs of the product or service quality healthcare. One practice in improving quality is through the implementation of Total Quality Management or TQM. One of the efforts in the implementation of TQM can be done with criteria MBNQA consisting of leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, pekuruan, analysis, and knowledge management, workforce focus, process management, and business results. RSI Jemursari Surabaya as one of the hospitals of foundation hospitals islam Islam Surabaya (Yarsis) has implemented MBNQA in its business operations. This study examines the relationship between TQM implementation through MBNQA on business performance criteria of Islamic Hospital Jemursari. Data were analyzed using path analysis using Partial Least Square method with the help of software SmartPLS. From the research results obtained by the t-statistic for the criteria of customer focus 6.153 ; management process by 5.451; 5.168 leadership; strategic planning 4.314; and 2,628 business results. While the measurement, analysis, and knowledge management did not prove significant influence and adversely affect the value of the path coefficient of -0.014 with 0.288 t and the focus of labor is not proved significant with path coefficient value of 0,020 with 0,349 t.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to to know costs inflicted of a system of preventive maintenance and maintenance of the breakdown and its effect on downtime .The research was done in the lumber cv .Jati prosper with the qualitative study approach uses the descriptive.  Procedures data collection in penellitian it has several stages of , namely the preliminary survey , theoretical survey , and field study .       The result from research found that among januari until december 2010 OEE range 65,093% -81,175%.after research found that two factors majority affect OEE value in CV.Jati Makmur two factors is reduce speed losses and setup and adjustment losses with proportion 45,83% and 40,88%.

ABSTRACT: Current bussiness world move dynamically and require organization’s effectiveness in implementation of policy changes as a form of company's efforts towards becoming a World Class Company. Organizations mostly have always introduced large or minor changes which are adaptive. Therefore, any changes in organization must be planned and managed at best. The process of changes must be managed skillfully in order to effectively implemented align with the interests of the organization. PT Pertamina (Persero) had implemented Single Grade policy as the organization effort in the implementation of changes.
These studies describe the process of change that have occured in PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V with 17 (seventeen) key element of diagnosing changes by using the model of Readiness for change by Stewart namely sponsorship, leadership, motivation, direction, measurements, organizational context, processes or functions, competitor benchmarking, customer focus, rewards, organizational structure, communication, organizational hierarchy, prior experience with change, morale, innovation, and decision making. These studies used qualitative research method with explanatory type research (explanatory). These studies use a holistic case study, using interviews, observation and see the company's internal documents to obtain the necessary data.
The results show that there is a real effort of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V in making changes. The process of changes shown in seventeen key elements of diagnosing changes resulted in increased employee performance. The company’s effort in implementing changes encouraged employees to improve their competence and self ability, and also to be fully responsible for the tasks given. The process of changes is still underway and requires continuous monitoring and evaluation, in order to understand the development of changes so it always evolving towards the better. Subsequent studies can be done with more evidence sources and different methods.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is examined the influence of the composition of the board of commissioners toward the performance of companies from three different aspects; return stock market aspects, ROA aspects of accounting, and accounting aspects and market TobinsQ. This research had a sample of 400 financial records from 400 companies with the period of 2010 to 2013. This research used multiple linear regression method. The independent variable is the number of commissioners and the number of independent commissioners. Moderating variables of this research was the size of the company. The dependent variable was the performance of this company with the company RET measurements, ROA, TobinsQ. The results of this study indicated that for RET, the board had  significant negative effect, as well as independent directors had not significant positive effect, while the influence of the board of commissioners of the smaller companies were not exhibited significantly negative. The commissioners had not significant positive effect, independent commissioner had significant positive effect, as well as the board of commissioners had not significant negative effect on the performance of smaller companies to ROA. Research on Tobins Q, the board has a significant positive effect. Independent commissioner also had positive and significant, and the board of commissioners has no significant negative effect on the performance of smaller companies.

ABSTRACT: Marketing activity is an element that attributed in a business. So it can be said that the success of a company can not be separated from marketing strategies applied. But in it’s development, marketing activities not only regarded as a creative process, but also has a negative side. Or that are specifically concerned about sales promotion that is sweepstakes. That the sweepstakes activities are currently considered can be manipulated or tends to deceive. So this raises the perceived deception for consumers. This means that can lead a person does not believe in the sweepstakes which in turn can affect the person's attitude and intentions in a sweepstakes organized by the company.
This study aims to investigate the effect of perceived deception of sweepstakes and corporate credibility on attitude and intention consumer’s to participate sweepstakes. This research was conducted with the experimental design. The study also involved 183 adolescents who liked the snack as a participants, particular teenagers who come from students of s1 in Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Airlangga. Which further data in this study were tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS).
The analysis showed that the perceived deception doesn’t have effect on corporate credibility as the organizer of sweepstakes activity. But perceived deception have negative effect on person’s attitude towards sweepstakes. Furthermore corporate credibility have positive effect on attitude towards sweepstakes. Then the attitude also effective in influencing person’s intention in participating in a sweepstakes held.

ABSTRACT: The aims of this study to identify the attributes of existing service quality on B Campus Library of Airlangga University as well as determine the level of priority level of each need by integrating models and Kano methods, Importance Performance Analysis, furthermore, it also identyifying the root causes of the three attributes of service quality on B Campus Library of Airlangga University were entered into the forth kuadrant by using Cause and Effect Diagram, and give recommendation for improvement based on problems identification by Cause and Effect Diagram. The approach used in this research  is a qualitative approach with the kind of descriptive research. Data used are primary and secondary data. Analysisi data used descriptive analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20 and Microsoft Office Excel.
This research used 23 atributes of service quality. The result of the classification of data qith kano’s mode; stated that 22 atributes   of service quality. The results of the classification of data with Kano's model stated that 22 atributes are included into attractive category. Because none of attributes were included into the indifferent category, all of the attributes can be used in the integration of Kano's model and IPA methods. From the integration, comes three attributes of service quality that included into concentrate here area; the availbility of fast connection wifi and internet facilities, friendly, polite, orderly, and neat in officer services, and the availability of clean toilet facilities.
The root of the perkara cause the lack of quality in three attributes identified by Cause and Effect Diagram based on interviews with the B Campus Library of Airlangga University and also based on the author's observation results. Based on the identification of the three atributes with the quality of service, proposed recommendation to fix perkara on each attributes. The recommendation includes several root of the problem, such as man, methods, equipment, and environment

ABSTRACT: This research is to find out the marketing on marketing mix and formulating marketing strategies for development of the UKMBatik Pamekasan to be able to compete with other products.The analysis used in this research are importance performance analysis used to measure the marketing mixed on consumer perceptions, PGCV index used to determine the priority scale of marketing mixed and SWOT analysis used to formulating marketing strategies UKMBatik Pamekasan.This research result indicates that the variables product in consumer expectations that the quality of the product batik, a coloring material and subtle product batik.In variable price in the hope that the consumer products already satisfy customers. In variable promotion, consumers were unsatiable for UKM based on variables place it was amazed at the ease of getting people in product markets. Based on the analysis SWOT acquired marketing strategy on UKMBatik Pamekasan namely by increasing the quality of the people to gain market share of broader at home and globally, the government is helping UKM batik to improve product promotion out the land to use the market to provide a bargain price based on the economy condition and to improve relations with the public servants/governance institutions in order to keep consumer products batik Pamekasan.

Paket Lengkap Efek Bank Specific Variables Pada Rasio Non Performing Loan Dalam Sistem Perbankan Indonesia


ABSTRACT: Conventional banks are vulnerable to non-performing loans, because the credit is the main source income of a bank. Credit risk may still occur, even though the bank's management has made efforts based credit rating 5C. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the variable CAR, LAR, NIM, and ROE against Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in the banking companies listed on BEI. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria: (1) a conventional commercial bank listed on the BEI 2009-2013 period, (2) the bank that issued the annual financial statements in a row in the period from 2009 to 2013, and (3) bank which has a data completeness NPL, CAR, LAR, NIM, and ROE in the period 2009-2013. Data obtained from the annual report of each bank in 2009-2013. There are a total sample of 29 banks. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistic to test the partial regression coefficient and F-statistic to test the effect simultaneously with a significance level of 0.05. Before being tested by multiple linear regression, first performed classical assumption of normality test data. The results showed that there were no deviations from the classical assumption test. This indicates that the available data is normal or eligible to be used as a multiple linear regression model. From the analysis, CAR and ROE have significant negative effect on the NPL and LAR have not significant negative effect on the NPL, while variable NIM have significant positive effect on the NPL.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Antaseden Reverse Logistics Capabilities Dan Penghematan Biaya Perjuangan Kecil Dan Menengah Di Surabaya Dan Sekitarnya


ABSTRACT: This research is aimed to determine the relation of customer orientation, customer opportunism, resource commitment, contractual agreements, and reverse logistic capabilities as well as the relation of reverse logistic capabilities and reverse logistics cost savings. A statistical analysis method focused on testing hypotheses, path analysis, is used as the method of this research. Samples taken in this research involve both small and medium business enterprises (SMEs) in the areas of retail, manufacturing, handicrafts, and drug sellers (drug stores and pharmacies) located in Surabaya, Malang, Singaraja, and Denpasar. Those respondents, moreover, are directly involved in reverse logistics process as well as interacting with suppliers. The results of this research then show that there is a positive relation between customer orientation and reverse logistic capabilities. It is also known that there is a negative relation between customer opportunism and reverse logistic capabilities although the relation is less significant. Furthermore, there is also a positive relation between resource commitment and reverse logistic capabilities. There is also a positive relation between contractual agreements and reverse logistic capabilities although it is not significant. And, it is also shown that there is a positive relation between reverse logistic capabilities and cost savings. Thus, it may be concluded that all five hypotheses proposed in this research have indeed been proven empirically although there are a few variables showing less significant relations, which means that these variables less affect or impact on reverse logistic capabilities and ultimately on cost savings.

ABSTRACT: Baik organisasi keuntungan maupun nonlaba, keduanya membutuhkan korelasi yang baik dengan pelanggan (donatur). Relasi yang terjalin di antara donatur dan organisasi filantropi merupakan kunci untuk meraih keberhasilan dan kelanggengan organisasi. Tujuan dari artikel ini yakni untuk menggali dan menganalisis warta perihal bentuk-bentuk loyalitas pelanggan/donatur pada organisasi filantropi. Riset ini memakai metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan memakai teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) pada para donatur organisasi filantropi. Sebagai pembanding (tri angulasi), maka dilakukan wawancara mendalam juga dengan pakar administrasi pemasaran serta organisasi filantropi. Hasil riset memperlihatkan bahwa donatur yang mempunyai kesepakatan relasional yang tinggi, kepercayaan yang besar pada organisasi, dan rasa terima kasih pada organisasi filantropi cenderung mempunyai sikap loyal pada organisasi filantropi di mana mereka selama ini mendonasikan uangnya. Adapun bentuk-bentuk loyalitas yang mereka lakukan antara lain yakni berupa kemauan untuk terus memperlihatkan santunan di organisasi filantropi, apabila menerima rezeki yang lebih banyak maka jumlah bantuan yang mereka berikan juga akan ditingkatkan, tidak akan beralih ke organisasi lainnya, rela/berkenan untuk memperlihatkan santunan tenaga dan fikiran mereka apabila organisasi membutuhkannya, serta tidak sungkan-sungkan untuk memperlihatkan masukan demi kebaikan dan masa depan organisasi tersebut. Dengan demikian, hasil riset ini mendukung konsep relationship marketing dan konsep loyalitas di organisasi non laba.

ABSTRACT: A large number of muslim population in Indonesia have an impact on the development of muslim fashion in Indonesia and led to the emergence of muslim communities such as Hijabers Surabaya community. Hijabers Surabaya community also linked himself with sharia, such as cooperation with the islamic banking in which all community members will get free sharia account when joining the community.
This research focuses on the behavior and attitude of community members towards the use of sharia account by using the theory of planned behavior perspective. This study used Structural Equation Model. Total participants in this study amounted to 150 members. The results obtained in this study is: (1) Behavior belief affect the attitude toward behavior. (2) Normative belief not effect the subjective norm. (3) Motivation to comply not effect the subjective norm. (4) Control belief affect the perceived behavioral control. (5) Attitude toward behavior affect the intention to use. (6) Subjective norm not affect the intention to use. (7) Perceived behavioral control not affect to the intention to use.

ABSTRACT: The objectives of this study are to examine the impact of consumers' perceptions regarding the ethics of online retailers (CPEOR) on loyalty and to understand the moderating influence of individual characteristics in consumers' perceptions regarding the ethics of online retailers on loyalty. The CPEOR scale includes security, privacy, non-deception and fulfillment/reliability while the individual characteristics comprise vertical individualism characteristcs and horizontal individualism characteristics. The sample was collected by accidental sampling technic with the total of 200 respondents whom experiencing shopping online within the last three months. The research methods that this study uses are the simple linear regression which examines the impact of consumers' perceptions regarding the ethics of online retailers on loyalty and moderated regression analysis (MRA) which examines the moderating influence of individual characteristics in consumers' perceptions regarding the ethics of online retailers on loyalty. Also, this study has got two hypotheses and the result indicates that consumers' perceptions regarding the ethics of online retailers significantly affects loyalty. Study also found that individual characteristics does moderating consumers' perceptions regarding the ethics of online retailers on loyalty.

ABSTRACT: Safety management practices not only improve working conditions but also positively influence employees’ attitudes and behaviours with regard to safety, thereby reducing accidents in workplace. This study measured employees’ perceptions on six safety management practices and self-reported safety knowledge, safety motivation, safety compliance and safety participation.The study conducting a survey using questionnaire among 69 pelaksana Produksi Pabrik III PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The reliability and validity of all the indicators were found acceptable. Data are analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS version 2.0.The result is safety management practices have direct and significant influence to safety performance, safety management practices have indirect and significant influence to safety performance through safety knowledge, and safety management practices have indirect influence to safety performance through safety motivation.
